General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (templates and projects), we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. All sales are final. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the product, and we are unable to resolve them
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice
- Product Not as Described: If the product significantly differs from its description and we cannot provide a suitable solution
Refund Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of the exceptions above, please contact us at m@rebati.de within 7 days of purchase. Include your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact time depends on your payment provider.
